The Elastic Tourniquet Add-On (ETA) by Shaw Concepts is a compact, MOLLE-compatible solution designed to keep your CAT Tourniquet (or similar) secure and instantly accessible. Originally inspired by the bottom tourniquet sleeve on earlier Shaw Concepts placards, the ETA combines simplicity, function, and speed in a lightweight design.

Crafted from Cordura® laminate and 4” Mil-Spec elastic, the ETA ensures a tight hold while still allowing rapid deployment when time is critical. It features a Tegris® thermoplastic tuck tab for secure mounting and attaches to three rows of vertical MOLLE, making it ideal for plate carriers, belts, or medical packs.
