Return policy

At Gear Town, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you have the right to return your order. Below is our return policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.

2. Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by:

• Reason for return (optional)

3. Returning Products

After notifying us of your return, you must send the product back within 14 days. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all accompanying labels and packaging. Returns are made at your own risk. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.

If the tags are missing from the returned items, we will issue a partial refund of 70% of the original order amount. The percentage will depend on the condition of the items and the absence of tags, as the tags are required for a full refund. Please ensure that items are returned with all original packaging and tags to receive a full refund.

4. Shipping Costs

The costs for returning the product are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive your refund within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

6. Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

• Opened hygiene product, like thermal underwear
• Personalized items/ custom orders
• if the tags/ tyraps have been removed
