Perroz Designs Ultra Slick Plate Carrier (USPC)

The Perroz Designs Ultra Slick Plate Carrier (USPC) is a minimalist, low-profile plate carrier designed for concealed and low-visibility applications. Built to be worn underneath clothing with minimal printing, the USPC combines a streamlined profile with comfort, durability and secure ballistic plate retention.

The carrier uses undersized stretch Tweave plate bags that conform closely around the armor plate, reducing unnecessary material and bulk. This allows the profile of the carrier to follow the shape of the armor rather than creating the boxier appearance associated with traditional plate carriers.

For additional comfort, the inside of the plate bags features 3 mm 3D spacer mesh, while the shoulder straps are constructed from Trelleborg HANK (High Abrasion Neoprene Kevlar). This low-profile shoulder design helps keep the plates stable and reduces movement and bounce during activity.

The USPC comes standard with the Perroz 3 Cell Elastic Cummerbund, providing a flexible and secure fit while maintaining the carrier's discreet profile.

Included 3 Cell Elastic Cummerbund

The USPC comes equipped with the Perroz 3 Cell Elastic Cummerbund, complementing the low-profile design of the carrier.

Its elastic construction provides flexibility around the body while maintaining a secure fit during movement. The integrated cells can accommodate compatible magazines, radios and other similarly sized equipment without requiring additional external pouches.

This keeps the complete USPC system streamlined while still providing the ability to carry essential equipment when required.

Plate Compatibility

The Perroz Ultra Slick Plate Carrier is designed around standard and thinner SAPI-cut ballistic plates.

Available plate bag sizes include:

• Medium ESAPI
• 10 × 12

Perroz recommends standard SAPI plates around 0.75 inches thick. Plates measuring approximately 1 inch thick or more are not recommended, and thick polyethylene/poly plates may not fit correctly due to the close-fitting stretch construction of the plate bags.

Always confirm your plate dimensions and thickness before ordering.

Low-Profile Equipment Integration

The USPC can be combined with selected Perroz Designs accessories to create a complete low-visibility setup.

The front of the carrier can be configured with the Perroz Elastic Magazine Placard 5.56 – SLICK, which was developed specifically for a minimal-profile configuration without unnecessary attachment hardware.

The included elastic cummerbund also provides integrated storage while keeping additional layers and external pouches to a minimum.
