Shaw Concepts StratusFit™ PC Pads
The Shaw Concepts StratusFit™ PC Pads are designed to improve comfort, ventilation and moisture management when wearing a plate carrier for extended periods. Using molded foam technology, the StratusFit pads provide effective cushioning while maintaining a thin, low-profile design.
The set consists of eight individually shaped pads—four for the front plate bag and four for the rear. Their shape allows them to follow the outer perimeter of the armor plate, reducing unnecessary material contact against the body. Molded air channels and spacing between the pads promote airflow while reducing the surface area that can retain sweat.
Each pad features a low-profile hook backing, allowing it to attach directly to plate carriers with internal Velcro® loop lining. This also makes it possible to position the individual pads according to the carrier, plate shape and user preference.
