Spiritus Systems LV-120 Plate Carrier Kit

The Spiritus Systems LV-120 Plate Carrier Kit is a fully integrated, mission-ready load carriage system designed to meet the demands of modern operational environments. Built from the ground up as an evolution of the LV-119, the LV-120 focuses on improved durability, adaptability, and user-driven refinement.

This complete kit includes plate bags, shoulder straps, a cummerbund with Tubes, and shoulder covers, everything needed to deploy straight out of the box.

Built for Modern Loadouts

The LV-120 was developed in collaboration with professional end users to meet the constantly changing requirements of real-world operations. It balances weight, strength, and modularity, allowing users to adapt their setup based on mission needs.

At approximately 2.03 lbs (Medium), it remains lightweight while offering increased structural rigidity and load-bearing capability.

Advanced Materials and Construction

The carrier is constructed from X-Pac X50 Nylon and laminated nylon, providing:

• High abrasion and tear resistance
• Water-resistant, near-hydrophobic performance
• Minimal water retention in wet conditions

The interior is lined with fast-drying 3D mesh, improving airflow and reducing heat and moisture buildup during extended wear.

Plate Compatibility

The LV-120 is designed around US standard SAPI plates but will accommodate other plate cuts as long as they fall within the following dimensions:

• Small: 8.75" x 11.75"
• Medium: 9.5" x 12.5"
• Large: 10" x 13.25"
• Extra Large: 11" x 14"

The plate bags are built to support thicker plates within these specifications.

Modular Front and Rear Panels

The front panel features a loop MOLLE field, allowing attachment of placards, EUDs, or other mission-specific gear. It supports multiple attachment methods, including:

• G-hooks
• 1-inch side-release buckles
• Quick Attach Tab system

Integrated laser-cut ports allow for secure PTT mounting and efficient cable management, including internal routing options for excess wiring.

The rear panel includes a full MOLLE field and a 9" x 4" loop section for identification patches. Rigid side wings provide additional mounting options and improve stability when integrating accessories.

Reactive Cummerbund System

The LV-120 features a redesigned Reactive Cummerbund built around a CURV composite chassis. This structure:

• Transfers weight from shoulders to the torso
• Maintains plate positioning during movement
• Supports heavier side-mounted equipment
• Offers a balance between rigidity and flexibility

The one-size-fits-most design, combined with an adjustable shock cord system, allows for a secure and adaptable fit.

Shoulder System

The carrier includes removable, articulating shoulder straps with adjustable ride height. These allow the carrier to naturally conform to the body for improved comfort and mobility.

For users requiring quick-release functionality, the straps can be swapped with optional Tubes Shoulder Straps (sold separately).

Universal Attachment Standard

The LV-120 incorporates a #10 zipper system, developed in collaboration with Ferro Concepts, creating a universal standard for rear panel attachments. While this limits compatibility with older Spiritus Systems back panels, it enables future cross-platform integration and expanded modularity.
