Its ambidextrous rapid-deployment system allows the medical insert to be accessed quickly from either side, making critical equipment immediately available regardless of how the pouch is mounted.

Optimized for Battle Belts
The MD2™ uses Agilite's compact Micro MOLLE attachment system, allowing it to sit securely and close to the body on modern battle belts. This minimizes unnecessary movement and bulk while keeping medical equipment immediately accessible.
For users who prefer their IFAK mounted underneath a plate carrier, the MD2™ can also be configured with the optional plate carrier hanger attachment.
Organized Medical Storage
Inside, four dedicated pockets help separate and secure essential trauma equipment such as dressings, gauze, chest seals, gloves, and other medical supplies. A separate channel provides convenient storage for a decompression needle or marker.
External mounting positions for a tourniquet and trauma shears keep the most time-sensitive equipment accessible without opening the main pouch.
