Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please note that orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Are your products genuine?
Yes, all products sold by Gear Town are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from the manufactures and authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit goods.
What is your return policy?
Unused and unworn items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary by brand and product type. We recommend checking the size guide on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, planning to wear layers underneath, or unsure about the fit, please contact us at sales@geartown.eu before placing your order.
