Dirty Bastards Collective (DBC) SF Mount and Wildcard Pouch Now Available in Europe

Dirty Bastards Collective is a small manufacturer out of the mountains of Colorado, near the Black Canyon. They build gear the way it should be built: to solve a specific problem, with no compromises on materials or construction. Their two flagship products, the SF Mount and the Wildcard Pouch, are now available in Europe through Geartown.

No more international shipping. No customs headaches. Just order, and it ships from within the EU.

The Problem DBC Set Out to Solve

Running a phone or EUD in the field creates a consistent set of problems. Mount it externally on a plate carrier and it sticks out, catches on things and gets in the way during vehicle egress. Put it in a pouch and it is inaccessible when you actually need it. Use an arm mount and it shifts around. Most solutions force a compromise between security and speed.

The SF Mount is DBC's answer. SF stands for Slide/Fold. The idea is simple: stow your device inside a GP pouch while keeping it fully deployable in seconds, then re-stow it just as fast.

The SF Mount

The SF Mount uses a custom sliding mechanism that attaches to the internal loop field of a GP pouch. When stowed, the mount sits flat inside the pouch and your device goes with it. When you need it, you pull it out, the slider extends, and your phone or EUD is live in front of you. Push it back in and it locks flush again.

The mounting interface is dual: a 4x3 MOLLE pattern and a Velcro hook backing. That means you can also run it in a more traditional MOLLE mounted configuration if you prefer. Additional tie down points on the slider plate keep your device from moving under load.

Device retention comes from two high strength EPDB bands across the front and a hook interface on the rear of the phone plate. It holds your device firmly during movement without requiring a case or adapter specific to your phone model.

The SF Mount is manufactured in America. Available in Multicam, Ranger Green, Tan and Black.

The Wildcard Pouch

The Wildcard Pouch was designed to work with the SF Mount from the ground up. That said, it functions perfectly as a standalone GP pouch if you are running it without the mount.

It is built from XPAC fabric, handcrafted in Colorado. The interior has two large opposing loop panels. When you load an SF Mount onto one of those panels, it sits flat against the inner face of the pouch while stowed. Pull it out and it extends through the zipper opening. The loop fields also accept any hook backed accessory you want to run inside.

The external interface is symmetrical MOLLE, which means it mounts equally well in either orientation. It works on plate carriers, magazine placards, MOLLE fields, packs, belts, and other compatible systems. Cable routing slots are built in. Drainage holes and ambidextrous zippers handle the rest.

The open internal design is intentional. Fixed sewn in organizers only really work when a pouch is fully loaded. The Wildcard gives you a clean interior and lets you configure it around your actual gear with the optional organizer panel (sold separately).
