Juggernaut organises its protective cases into four families, each engineered for a specific user and operational environment. The OPRTR and ENFRCR are the current active development families covering warfighters, law enforcement, and first responders. The ADVNTR and ENDVR families continue to support legacy devices in fielded programs. All case families integrate fully with the Juggernaut mount ecosystem.
The OPRTR is the flagship tactical case, engineered for operators who need the device to integrate with radios, hubs, and team communication systems in the harshest environments. A top load architecture combined with a locking dual latch door and an IP68 rated seal at the USB-C port delivers full spectrum field protection. Select OPRTR models are fully compatible with the VELOX ecosystem.

The ENFRCR is built for law enforcement officers, paramedics, and firefighters who need robust daily protection in a slimmer, more carry friendly profile. The internal Hex.Frame shock absorption layer distributes impact energy across the full chassis, while the locking hinged door and IP54 rated dust cap keep the port protected during active duty use. Inductive charging is supported, removing the need to open the port access door for routine overnight charging.

For organisations running legacy devices in existing fielded programs, Juggernaut continues to support the ADVNTR and ENDVR families. New device models will move toward ENFRCR as the primary development family, but current fielded hardware remains fully supported with replacement parts and accessories. Both families integrate with the same mount ecosystem as OPRTR and ENFRCR.

Every Juggernaut mount is sized to the case and device combination. Phone mounts use a Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large sizing system. Tablet mounts use T-Small through T-X-Large sizing. Always confirm the required size on the compatible case product page before ordering.
The Armor Mount is the primary plate carrier mount. Flexible tabs hook through a minimum 3 row by 4 column area of PALS webbing on a plate carrier or armored vest. Secure notches interface with the mating ribs on the Juggernaut case to lock the EUD in place. A tension thumb screw hinge allows rotation up to 135 degrees for the optimal viewing angle. An integrated retention tab and cable routing channel sit behind the mount base. The VELOX version adds a powered 15-pin interface for charge and data on kit, eliminating any exposed cable on the front of the carrier.

The Inductive Charge Armor Mount adds a 15W Qi charging coil to the standard Armor Mount form factor. An embedded USB-C cable at the base of the mount connects to an external battery pack, delivering a trickle charge to the EUD on kit without any cable work at the device itself. Designed for longer operational cycles where power hungry applications such as TAK and situational awareness software would otherwise drain the battery within a few hours. Requires a minimum 20W power source and an EUD with inductive charging capability.

The Forearm Mount is the solution for operators wearing chest rigs or plate carriers without PALS webbing on the chest, or for situations that require working in the prone position where a chest mounted device is not accessible. It wraps around the forearm or bicep using stretch materials and webbing for macro adjustment, with the Boa Fit System dial providing precise micro fit. The ambidextrous design places the Boa reel on the interior of the arm. The case interface is identical to the Armor Mount, allowing fast transfers between carrier configurations without additional tools or hardware.

The body worn lineup is completed by the Belt Mount for hip carry during patrol or operations where a plate carrier is not used, and the Clip Mount for quick attachment to pouches, vests, and gear without a permanent installation. All body worn mounts share the same case interface, meaning the device can move between any carrier configuration without changing hardware.
Vehicle mounts support dash, windshield, ATV, patrol vehicle, and tactical platform installations. All vehicle mount plates are RAM compatible, allowing direct integration with existing RAM hardware already installed in patrol and tactical vehicles. For aviation, Juggernaut offers kneeboard mounts for rotary wing and fixed wing operations, an ejection seat kneeboard solution for jet aircraft, and the HAHO Lite Navigation Board for military freefall operations where precise readability under canopy with gloved hands is essential. An Inductive Charge Vehicle Mount is also available for installations where cabled charging to the dash is not preferred.

VELOX is Juggernaut's most advanced product family and addresses three problems identified through direct operator feedback: the need for faster device connection and disconnection on kit, the vulnerability of the USB-C port under repeated field use cycles, and the challenge of charging, provisioning, and redeploying an entire squad's devices between missions at scale.
The system is built around select OPRTR case models. A VELOX Smart-Block replaces the standard OPRTR QD door to create a sealed 15-pin USB 3.2 interface at the side of the device. This protects the phone's native USB-C port from the wear of repeated connection cycles in the field. From there, every other component in the system connects through that protected interface, from the Armor Mount on kit to the Charge/Data Dock in the team room.

The VELOX workflow is designed for the full mission lifecycle. Devices dock for charging, data sync, and MDM provisioning before going out. The EUD moves from the Dock to the VELOX Armor Mount on the plate carrier. On the move, power and data route through the Smart-Block interface from hubs or radios without exposed cables at the device. After the mission, the device docks again for data offload and recharge before the next deployment cycle. No case swaps. No port exposure. No loose cables on the front of the kit.
The cable lineup is divided into OPRTR cables for tactical cases and standard cables for ENFRCR and other case families. The OPRTR cable series includes Power Delivery cables for maximum charge speed, Source Mode cables for configurations where the case outputs power to connected accessories, and Sink Mode cables for direct radio and hub connectivity. All OPRTR cables feature the proprietary quick disconnect locking collar that secures the connection at the case port against accidental separation during active movement.
For ENFRCR users who do not require the QD system, Juggernaut offers standard USB-C charging cables and the Inductive Charge Armor Mount and Inductive Charge Vehicle Mount as wireless alternatives. The Integrator Quick Disconnect Cable supports system integrators building custom connectivity solutions around the Juggernaut platform. A benchtop inductive charger is also available for charging stations at fixed facilities.
Designed specifically for OPRTR and compatible case families. Cut to fit within the case bezel, SHLD protectors maintain full touch sensitivity under gloves and are available for all current supported devices.
A PALS compatible holster for tactical radios carried alongside the EUD. Integrates with the same plate carrier webbing system used by the Armor Mount, keeping the full communications kit organised on the chest in a single system.
An adapter panel that creates a PALS mounting surface on chest rigs and pack systems that do not have native webbing. Expands Juggernaut mount compatibility across a wider range of carrier systems without modifying the carrier itself.
A purpose built navigation board for military freefall operations. Designed for readability under canopy during high altitude, high opening jumps where a gloved operator requires a securely mounted device at a fixed viewing angle.
Juggernaut validates products against MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-810H for environmental durability, MIL-STD-461 for electromagnetic compatibility, and MIL-STD-202 for electronic component testing. The company is clear that MIL-STD compliance is not the finish line but the starting point. Every product goes through drop, vibration, humidity, temperature, and seal testing relevant to actual field conditions rather than minimum spec requirements.
