Haley Strategic Heavy Placard
The Haley Strategic Disruptive Environments™ Heavy Placard is a versatile magazine and equipment platform designed to accommodate a wide range of 5.56, 7.62 and AK magazines, while also providing the flexibility to carry extended magazines and tactical radios.
The Heavy Placard features adjustable magazine cell depth, allowing the pouch depth to be configured for standard magazines, longer 40-round magazines, magazines equipped with extended baseplates, or equipment such as the PRC-152 radio. Four included MP2 Magazine Inserts provide secure magazine retention and can be repositioned to suit different configurations.
A universal plate carrier attachment system provides adjustable ride height and multiple side attachment options. The placard can be configured with 1" side-release buckles, 1" G-Hooks or FirstSpear Split Bar Tubes®, making it compatible with a wide variety of modern plate carrier systems.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 21:00 on business days are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard EU delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

What is your return policy?
Unused and unworn items can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
