Haley Strategic Improved Trauma Response Kit
The Haley Strategic Improved Trauma Response Kit (ITRK) is a compact, rapidly deployable IFAK platform developed in collaboration with Special Operations Aid & Rescue™ (SOARescue). Designed for quick access to critical medical equipment, the ITRK combines an ambidextrous pull-out medical tray with flexible mounting options and organized internal storage.
The removable medical tray is designed for single-handed retrieval from either side and features integrated rubberized closed-loop handles for reliable deployment, even with wet or compromised hand dexterity. Internal elastic organization keeps medical supplies visible and organized once the tray is removed. The tray is also sized to accommodate a sealed SOARescue MedMag™ IFAK – Hemostatic.
An elastic sleeve on the rear provides dedicated storage for trauma shears measuring approximately 15.9–18.4 cm. On the front, an external pocket holds the included weatherproof Medical Information and TCCC Card, while a laser-cut medical cross provides clear IFAK identification.
Versatile Mounting
The ITRK can be mounted vertically to MOLLE/PALS using two columns of MOLLE or horizontally on a belt using the integrated pass-through system. The belt interface accommodates belts approximately 25–57 mm wide and incorporates hook-and-loop surfaces for secure integration with two-piece gun belt systems.
