Haley Strategic
Haley Strategic MOD Harness
The Haley Strategic MOD Harness is a next-generation chest rig harness designed to provide improved load distribution, comfort and modularity while maintaining an extremely low-profile footprint.
Built around a compact yoke system, the MOD Harness distributes equipment weight across the upper body while remaining streamlined enough to comfortably layer underneath a backpack or ruck. This makes it suitable for extended movements, vehicle operations and demanding field use where both comfort and equipment integration are important.
Compact Yoke Design
At the core of the MOD Harness is its compact yoke construction. The design provides effective load distribution without the unnecessary bulk associated with larger harness systems.
Its streamlined profile makes the harness particularly suitable for users who regularly combine their chest rig with a backpack or rucksack, helping reduce interference between the two systems.
Integrated MOLLE & Cable Management
Both shoulder straps feature integrated laser-cut MOLLE and cable tie-down points, providing multiple options for routing and securing mission-essential equipment.
The mounting points can be used for equipment such as:
-
PTTs and communication equipment
-
EUD bridges
-
Hydration tubes
-
Radio and communication cables
-
Other compatible MOLLE-mounted accessories
This allows users to keep cables and equipment organized while maintaining a clean, functional chest rig setup.
Optional Trifold Shoulder Pads
For additional comfort during extended wear or when carrying heavier equipment, the MOD Harness is compatible with Haley Strategic Trifold Shoulder Pads.
These optional pads increase shoulder comfort while also providing additional cable-management possibilities.
FirstSpear Tubes Compatibility
Users who require faster donning and doffing can upgrade the MOD Harness with the optional FirstSpear Tubes Harness Adapter.
This converts the standard 1-inch buckle attachment system to a 4-inch FirstSpear Tubes closure system, allowing the harness configuration to be adapted around individual requirements.
Haley Strategic Chest Rig Integration
The MOD Harness is designed to turn compatible Haley Strategic placards into standalone chest rig configurations.
It can be combined with systems such as the Haley Strategic Heavy Placard and other compatible chest rig/placard configurations, allowing users to build a modular load-bearing setup around their equipment requirements.
