The Luminae Hanger Pouch is a low-profile plate carrier dangler designed to expand your storage capacity without unnecessary bulk. Built from genuine Multicam and US-sourced fabrics, it mounts beneath any plate carrier and provides fast access to essential tools, medical kit, admin equipment, and mission essentials.
The top-access main compartment allows you to look directly down into the pouch for rapid visual identification and retrieval — faster and more intuitive than front-access designs. A separate front admin pocket handles smaller items such as batteries, pens, notepads, and medical supplies. An integrated elastic tourniquet holder provides immediate access when seconds count, and the rear compartment accepts a soft ballistic insert for added protection.
With the optional waist strap, the Hanger Pouch converts to a standalone fanny pack. The optional stiffener panel reduces swing and movement during dynamic activities when the pouch is loaded.
