Perroz Designs Elastic Magazine Placard 5.56 – SLICK
The Perroz Designs Elastic Magazine Placard 5.56 – SLICK is an ultra-low-profile triple magazine placard designed for slick plate carriers and other carriers with a compatible Velcro® loop front panel. Originally designed for the Perroz Ultra Slick Plate Carrier (USPC), the simple hook-backed design also makes it suitable for other compatible Velcro-front carriers, such as the Ferro Concepts Slickster. Perroz itself specifies that the placard uses hook Velcro on the rear and intentionally omits SwiftClip/QASM hardware.
Unlike a conventional placard, the SLICK version eliminates QASM buckles, One-Wrap attachment points and pull-tab compatibility, reducing unnecessary hardware and bulk. The placard attaches directly to a compatible loop field using its full hook Velcro backing, making it ideal for minimalist and low-visibility plate carrier configurations.

Magazine Compatibility
Each elastic cell is designed around a single AR-15-style 5.56 magazine, giving the placard a total capacity of three magazines. Perroz also states that the elastic cells can accommodate a variety of other magazines, radios, tourniquets and mission-essential items.
Plate Carrier Compatibility
The SLICK Placard was specifically developed for the Perroz Ultra Slick Plate Carrier (USPC), but its attachment method is extremely simple: the rear of the placard consists of hook Velcro®.
This means it can also be used with compatible plate carriers that provide a sufficiently sized loop Velcro front panel, including setups such as the Ferro Concepts Slickster. Compatibility with a specific third-party carrier depends on the size and position of its loop field.
Please note: this SLICK version is not SwiftClip compatible and does not include QASM buckles, G-Hooks or other buckle-based attachment hardware.
