Perroz Designs Side Pouch Set – Short
The Perroz Designs Side Pouch Set – Short is a low-profile internal pouch system designed to securely carry large or mid-sized radios, rifle magazines and similarly sized equipment underneath a plate carrier cummerbund. The pouches provide additional storage without adding bulky external MOLLE pouches to your plate carrier setup.
Each pouch is constructed with a Tweave four-way stretch outer fabric that expands around the carried equipment while maintaining a streamlined profile. On the body side, 3 mm 3D spacer mesh padding provides additional comfort between the equipment and the wearer.
Equipment is secured using 1/8-inch bungee cord combined with synthetic rubber S&S Precision® pull tabs, providing a non-slip grip for quick adjustment and retention. The pouches attach underneath the plate carrier cummerbund using a hook-and-loop VELCRO® interface.

The shorter profile makes the pouch well suited to compact plate carrier configurations where additional internal storage is required without unnecessarily extending below the cummerbund.

The Perroz Side Pouch Set installs between the plate bag and cummerbund using hook-and-loop VELCRO®, making it suitable for compatible plate carriers with a hook-and-loop cummerbund interface.
It is particularly useful for carrying communications equipment or additional magazines close to the body while maintaining a clean exterior plate carrier setup.
