If you need an economical ballistic plate that protects super well, then the PGD Berserker plate may be the right one for you.
PGD Berserker is manufactured in Europe with European materials and comes in protection level NIJ level 3 and NIJ level 4.
The size is 10″ x 12″ and it fits almost all carriers, as this is the standard size for plates.
PGD Berserker comes in NIJ 3 and 4 which is both multi-hit rated, and can stop multiple hits.

The PGD Berserker NIJ Level III hard armor plate is designed for those who require superior protection in high-risk environments. Constructed with advanced materials and engineering, this SAPI-cut plate offers a high level of ballistic defense while ensuring comfort and mobility.
PGD Berserker is offering the same protection as any other level 3 or 4 plates. The price can be kept very low because the materials in PGD Berserker weigh a little more than the materials used in our other plates. It does not go beyond how it protects.
We use AL203 Ceramics, which is the heaviest type of ceramic which results in an economical and a very stable solution without compromising on quality.

Our PGD Berserker is a SA (Stand Alone) plate. It is hard armor designed to provide full ballistic protection without requiring additional soft armor backing.

PGD active ceramic areaPGD Berserker has edge-to-edge protection, which means that the plate is structured and designed to protect you from impacts at the edges. When we talk about plates with foam edges, these is often from 2-4 cm all along the edge and the only purpose of these is to achieve lower weight and better specifications from an outside perspective.
This will result in a product with a "fake" security with up to 35% less protection area. -
Designed for extreme environmentsThe plate has a thin layer of protective foam so that the ceramic is protected against being dropped all along the front and edges.
The plate is protected by our heat sealed water-resistant cover. It keeps water, oil and other fluids away from the plate without damaging the ballistic properties.
Our hard armor plates are sold as single pieces – not pairs.
