The Spiritus Systems Medical Sleigh is a modular IFAK organizer that solves the biggest problem with individual first aid kits: the reluctance to use them because restocking is such a hassle. With the Medical Sleigh, you can pre-build your IFAK loadout, deploy it in seconds, and restock it just as quickly — making it the most practical trauma kit organizer on the market.
The Medical Sleigh is designed to hold the contents of the Spiritus Systems Refuel Kit but is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of IFAK components in nearly unlimited configurations.
How It Works
The system consists of two laser-cut grid boards mounted onto an elastic panel that rolls up and secures into a compact, portable package. The grid boards accept shock cord and barbed elastic strips to create custom retention loops in any size, oriented horizontally or vertically. The pull handle can be oriented in either direction to work with any pouch opening.
Because the entire panel is elastic, the Medical Sleigh compresses and expands to fit a range of pouch sizes while keeping contents firmly in place.
