White Light & Infrared Illumination
The M300V allows the user to switch between white light, off and infrared modes by rotating the knurled selector on the front bezel.
In white-light mode, the Scout Light produces 250 lumens through SureFire's TIR lens, creating a concentrated beam with surrounding spill. This combination provides the reach required for identification while maintaining peripheral illumination and situational awareness.
Switch to IR mode and the M300V provides 100 mW of infrared illumination for use with compatible night vision devices, without the need to install an external IR filter or change the light source.
SureFire TIR Lens
SureFire equips the M300V with its Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens. The optic concentrates the light into a focused beam designed for close- to medium-range applications while still providing enough surrounding illumination to maintain awareness of the environment.
The same optical system is used for both visible and infrared operation, providing a compact dual-spectrum solution.
Compact Single-Battery Design
Running on just one 123A lithium battery, the M300V provides white and IR capability in a compact Scout Light configuration.
